Valerie works closely with in-house and law firm clients and Legalpeople contract attorneys to ensure project staffing operates smoothly, from the initial consulting phases through successful project delivery. Whether managing a permanent placement or a specialized temporary project, her focused and detailed searches result in optimal placements for both clients and candidates.

Valerie is a 2003 graduate of the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and holds a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma, where she was a National Merit Scholar. She has been with Legalpeople since the opening of the Dallas office in 2004, prior to which she practiced medical malpractice defense litigation and transactional health care law as an associate with a boutique health law firm in Dallas.

Valerie recently became the proud owner of a convertible and occasionally wonders if she missed her calling as a racecar driver.
