Sumeet Chhabra joined Legalpeople’s Recruiting and Staffing team in 2019. As both a document reviewer and team lead, he has worked on several electronic discovery cases involving large corporate clients on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, securities regulations, and the pharmaceutical industry. His experience includes QC, privilege log preparation, project management, and client communication.

Sumeet Chhabra graduated with a B.S. in Finance of the University of Illinois at Champaign, Urbana and worked in the long-term healthcare field for several years before attending law school at John Marshall.  While in law school, he was an Executive Board Member of both the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity and the John Marshall Mock Trial Team. Sumeet became licensed to practice law in Illinois in 2013. In addition to his experience in the electronic discovery field, he also has practiced in the fields of family law, insurance defense, and real estate law.

Outside of the office, Sumeet enjoys playing and watching sports, attending and participating in theater productions, and spending time with his family and friends.
