Paul Juat joined Legalpeople in 2017 after two years as a recruiting and staffing associate with Plante Moran ProjecTemps. He has nearly 15 years of experience in the discovery and electronic document review industry. Prior to Plante Moran, Paul served as the Director of Document Review Services at  another firm in Chicago. There, Paul was responsible for the day to day operations of the facility, which included interviewing and staffing each team of contract attorneys, working closely with clients to determine efficient and streamlined review protocols and workflow strategies for the team, coordinating and conducting team training, managing quality control and communicating regularly with clients to ensure all their needs and production deadlines were met. Paul relies on his hands on exposure to all phases of the eDiscovery life cycle when interviewing, assembling and coordinating the best possible candidates to match all our clients’ staffing needs.

Paul has worked in eDiscovery as a recruiter, contract attorney, project team lead, quality controller, project manager and director. During this time he has worked on a variety of electronic discovery cases for Fortune 500 clients that include large multi-district class action lawsuits on matters related to national finance and credit markets, toxic torts and the pharmaceutical industry. Paul has managed document review projects both large and small. He graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. He went on to receive his J.D. from University of Minnesota Law School where he was a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court.
