Natasha is responsible for the recruitment of lateral attorneys and in-house counsels in law firms and corporations, with a specific focus on her hometown of Atlanta and the Texas legal market.
Prior to joining The Partners Group, Natasha worked as a litigator in various capacities. She began her career with Alston & Bird LLP and went on to work as a public defender in Missouri before returning to Atlanta. She has firsthand experience as a lateral attorney in large and boutique firms and brings that former candidate perspective to her work as a legal recruiter.
Natasha graduated, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, and received her BA in English from Emory University. During law school, Natasha was a Lead Editor of the Alaska Law Review and an active participant in the Wrongful Convictions Clinic.
Natasha is a LEAD Atlanta alumna (Class of 2017), a member of the Duke Law Atlanta Board, and a steering committee member of Duke Women's Forum. She is also a member of the YWCA's 2019 Georgia Women's Policy Institute.
In her spare time, Natasha enjoys exploring the Atlanta arts scene with friends, trying the latest and greatest IPA she can find, planning her next international trip, and spending time with her husband and their fur-child, Bexley the bernedoodle.
