Michael (Mike) Kim leads Legalpeople’s Contract Analysis service line where he helps law firm and corporate stakeholders by defining and executing transactional document review and analysis solutions. Prior to joining Legalpeople, Mike served in leadership roles at several alternative legal services providers (“ALSPs”) including Ernst & Young, Knowable, and Axiom Law. Before joining the ALSP industry, Mike practiced corporate and transactional law in both large law firm and corporate settings, including serving as General Counsel for Knowable and The Master Lock Company, a business unit of Fortune Brands.
