Kirsten is responsible for both permanent and contract attorney placement for the Charlotte area and Southeast region. She has been in the legal staffing industry since 2006 and has primarily focused on contract attorney placement for large-scale document reviews on behalf of a large consulting firm. In her prior recruiting position, she also oversaw new recruiter training, consulting on and initiating staffing protocol changes and also providing overall office-wide staffing support. Prior to entering the legal recruiting field, she worked as a Research Analyst for the State of Maryland’s Administrative Office of the Courts.
Kirsten is originally from Charleston, SC and received her BA in Sociology and MS in Applied Sociology from Clemson University. In her spare time, she can be found wrangling her three children, cooking for her family, planning her next ½ marathon, spending time with her fantastic family and friends, enjoying live music with her husband, and, of course, cheering for her Clemson Tigers.
