Jennifer joined Legalpeople in August 2018 and brings with her over 15 years of targeted legal recruiting experience. She is responsible for client development, recruiting, and consulting on the staffing of experienced attorneys on English and foreign language document review (and other) contract projects in Washington, DC, New York, Philadelphia, Boston, and nationally. She also works on senior level, direct-hire attorney placements for law firms and corporate legal departments nationwide.

 

Jennifer graduated from New York University’s College of Arts and Sciences, from which she earned a B.A. in Politics. Jennifer’s career has focused almost exclusively on legal recruiting, beginning in Miami as a Recruiting Manager in the legal staffing division of a major international staffing and consulting firm. Her legal recruiting career thrived in South Florida, and she concentrated on Partner-level Attorney permanent searches and placements as well as small group acquisitions before relocating to the DC area and joining a national, end-to-end eDiscovery service and litigation support provider as the East Region Director of Recruiting. Fluent in three languages and proficient in a fourth, Jennifer is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the legal profession. She is a motivated and enthusiastic resource to her clients as they intentionally work to create and navigate healthy, inclusive, dynamic work environments that reflect the ever-evolving industries they serve.

 

When Jennifer isn’t working on helping law firms and corporate legal departments save time and money with creative staffing solutions, she can be found spending time with family and friends, exploring new (and re-visiting favorite) restaurants in and around DC (and nationally), planning her next international excursion, and engaging in vibrant discussion with interesting people.
