Gabby joined the Legalpeople team in 2023 as an Administrator and Project Management Assistant for the Chicago office.
Prior to joining, Gabby was a preschool teacher for nearly five years before making the transition to the culinary world. She worked her way through the ranks at a Charlotte based restaurant group. Starting as a host, then caterer, and most recently, as the Marketing and Operations Assistant.
In her free time, you can find Gabby trying new restaurants, attending concerts, or walking her dogs, Shepherd Pie and Sugar Cookie.
