Lisa places attorneys from all practice areas in contract and direct hire positions at law firms and companies throughout the U.S. She particularly enjoys the personal aspects of recruiting, especially the art of matching candidate skills, personalities, and preferences to client needs and culture to ensure a successful fit.

Lisa joined Legalpeople in 2015 with almost 15 years in the staffing industry. She graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law and practiced land use, real estate, business and tax law in Los Angeles at Latham & Watkins, McDermott Will & Emery, and a prominent entertainment boutique. Lisa earned a BBA in accounting with honors from the University of Texas at Austin and became a Certified Public Accountant while working at Arthur Andersen & Company in Dallas.

Away from the office, Lisa enjoys skiing, yoga, and relaxing in the mountains with her family. An avid photographer, she focuses her camera’s lens on people, architecture and the diverse Southern California landscape.
