Undergraduate: The College of William and Mary

Allen manages operations for Legalpeople and The Partners Group across the country, including the company’s technology, online presence, and internal processes and procedures. He oversees the project centers in each market and works closely with clients who use Legalpeople’s work space, customizing the environment to meet each project’s specific needs.

Allen is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and was formerly a compliance paralegal for INVESCO Institutional Group and AMVESCAP in Atlanta, GA. He has been in the legal staffing industry since 1999 and with Legalpeople since it opened in 2002.

Outside of work, Allen can be found spending time with his family or, in the wee hours, rocking out at various Chicago venues with his band, The Real Jane Martin.
